Situated at the corner of the main square (Plaza 25 de Mayo) its a great place for coffee during the day and people watching. At night its a mostly youngish trendy crowd and does special 2 for 1 girls and boys nights. The staff are young and very friendly and are glad to talk to visitors/foreigners. Internet connection can be a bit hit and miss, but overall 9/10.

Its open late at night, offers a wide range of home made food and some more... normal prices. Decoration and ilumination are really nice.
My partner and I tried to go to El Rejol but it was closed and this place looked nice enough. We ordered Stella A Noir, a nicoise salad, and a half and half pizza with four cheese on one side and pepperoni on the other. Stella Artois was brought out and we were able to correct him before it was opened. The salad came out with tomatoes, potatoes and tuna. Missing the anchovies, onions and egg, so we requested it to be changed. Then the pizza with my partner's side fine but mine with only mozzarella. Ugh. I walked up to the waiter that time and requested the correct pizza. Decent food (hence the 2) but no apology and really not worth the effort.
As other restaurants near at the Central Plaza , have good decoration, but is so noisy and if you like have relax time .. is not your place
